Still waiting for SA and they've had my app for almost two months. It sure would be nice if the person who is working on my file would move his or her darn *ss already. This is ridiculous. :

Maybe I have the same IO as you. My app was received on Jan 25 and just today (4 weeks later) I was able to link my application i.e. he/she just opened the file. I still have not received my AOR1 either. At this rate, I am thinking it might take 2 months or more to get SA if i am actually approved.

So my application was received in Jab 27. I got AOR1 on Feb 16. And today Feb 22 I got SA. I am wondering what is AOR2 exactly?. Also, do you guys have a rough idea how long it gonna take to finish this process. I need to know to arrange for my spouse coming.

For all other guys who haven't got their AOr1 or SA yet. Hang on, try to call the the cia and hope for the best. Fingers crossed

You should be getting an email stating that you met the eligibility as a Sponsor

AOR2 is when the applications arrives at the visa office in the country it'll be processed...

No ifea how long it'll be... Were is your spouse from? Maybe there is a thread specific to that country that'll give you a better idea...

Otherall, Canada now aims to have all decisions made within a year.

• IMM 5406E – Additional Family Information Form For Canada
• IMM 5532E – Relationship Information And Sponsorship Evaluation
Is there any other form to submit or these or the only one we have to submit.. Thanks in Advance..

I think AOR2 is when the VO who received your application started processing your PA's application.

Are you both living together right now? Try to get as much data as possible and an explanatory letter is always welcome. Pictures are a must when you are able to provide some. Both of you, both of you with husband and wife families.

I wish we were. No she is in pakistan and im in Alberta. and i did send picture but they only allow 20, which is not enough but i sent some of our wedding and some by ourselves and some of our honeymoon. I also sent them printed 20 pages of our conversation on whatsapp.

I think i will also print off my skype screenshot and i also got her added as a benefactor on my work insurance and through my bank so maybe that is enough? ???

I sent all that except the skype and also they said only 20 pages of emails and messages? How did you send 200? i mean i would think that would have a negative affect?
