I have done my Intermediate in 2015 and applied for undergraduate diploma (3years + 1 year university to complete degree) for september 2016 intake from seneca college but my visa application was refused. reasons ( 1, insufficient funds to support my education without working in Canada. 2, Family Ties & Travel history). So, as now my application is refused, should I apply for the January 2017 intake after changing my file (attach more financial support documents) and by showing some ties in my home country or should I wait for May 2017 intake. Which option should be best for me.
