Looking at the other month's applicants, for the Ottawa office, it looks like mid-october applicants are being processed at the moment. Which means we might be under 3 months away ! Just saying. Just hoping.

thank you for that information ! We might be even closer than 3 months then ! I have a countdown on my laptop with my original estimate and it's at 71 days left right now. I'm glad this forum exists, imagine being in the dark AND not knowing whats going on with others who have gone through the same thing...It's not like a common thing you can just ask around or something that most of your family members go through.

5/26/14 - Passport request received via email.
5/26/14 - Passport submitted.

Our applications arrived the same day but you got your SA before mine.. I hope my countdown can be 71 days too! My husband has decided to come up here on August 31st either way but it would be wonderful if he could receive his COPR before then!

Now it's at 70 days ! but it looks like we have similar plans as well. Sept. 1st seems like a reasonable date.

Did your visa office ask for a copy of the CSQ?

I received the CSQ in the mail and according to the letter that came with it, a copy of it was suppose to be sent to the visa office. BUT, 2 weeks later, i emailed the visa office and they said they had not received it and that I should e-mail them a scan and they would add it to my file immediately. So I suggest you e-mail and ask.. just to be sure.
