OMG guys!!!! So I've been using the file number to check my ecas and nothing was showing up. I tried my client ID # today just in case and sure enough, it says they sent me a letter on Feb 12th about the decision. It shows "medicals received" on my spouse's section.

Agghhh... why didn't they use email for crying out loud! So what do you guys think? Good sign?

It should be a good sign. My sponsor got the SA notice by regular mail instead of email so you should probably be getting the letter soon.

Congrats on completing part 1 of the process. Did you give your email address on the application? If not, then they send sponsor approval by post. If you did, they should email you, the sponsor.
Usually its good news, otherwise they would have sent your documents back a while back if there was something wrong.

Congrats to all who got sponsor approval. Now starts the real waiting game. My advice: Get your patience on! It can take a while to hear anythign next.

I got SA today ;D but still can not log into my ecas :-[

Congrats! Updated your SA to the spreadsheet. What I've heard, it can take few days after you get AOR to be able to access ecas.

The CIC website updated the weekly times for Stage 1 but it's still saying working on ones from Jan 10th!! ???
