Hi guys... woke up so early at 5:30 am, decided to check hubby's ecas and im very happy to see my Canadian city and province showing as his home address. I had to rub my eyes just to be sure I'm not just seeing things. Even though it still says Application received, i know through others' experiences that it will be changed to Decision made in a few days. Thank you Lord God. :D

Yes there are some interview questions posted by senior members. Go through it . The questions are simple , but just be truthful about everything. Just make sure the answers you give does not differ in your application forms. Go through the copies you have before the interview.

You will be fine. All the best !!!!

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there's any interview they take when person lands in canada?
if yes what do they ask?

Thanks :)

I applied 1st week of January. Got approved as sponsor mid Feb. Passport request mid MArch but unfortunately the letter wasn't recieved on time so drop box the passport later than the 45days period which was second week of May. No news until now. No update on ECas, still "application recieved".

Anyone out there who has same situation?

Hi guys, already got DM in ecas. Started processing August 16. ;D

yes it was a long process but we got through it. we are also living together after our first meeting ;) and going to canada soon. life is very different in canada as compared to life in asia. my wife is suffering here for last 6-7 months and now she wants to stay here longer after getting my passport back with visa :o :o
hope you get your passport back soon and good luck for your future in canada :) :-*

what? she wants to stay longer now? haha. I'm sure she'll miss it there too.. cold weather here will take some time getting used to, and now its autumn again..
I sure hope my husband and our dog will adapt well here in Canada. ;D

Let's just say it was 19 when we left north carolina than 0 in quebec which wasnt so bad but 3 days later -32..i thought he was going to die! Congrats!
