We paid it with the complete package..$1040 which included the landing fee..hopefully youl get it soon..all the best..

Oook thanks, I thought the landing fee was an additional fee on top of the $1040.. I only paid $540 when I submitted my application, because I didnt know about RPRF. But I have the recipt for that now, so i'll submit that with the PPR.. and fax it to CIC-M in case they need a copy of it.

Hello all,

Its been a while since I posted anything.

So on april 30th I received Sponsership approval.

Today May 10th, my wife received PPR (email). It also requests for Police clearance and Fee payment receipt. We already sent that. So we'll be sending the passport to New Delhi tomorrow.

I'll keep everyone informed as and when we have more updates.

Until then,

Cheers everyone. Your turn is NEXT.

Much luv

Inflight

Ok I think I have all the updates correct. I've noticed some new members, if u wish to be added please PM me your information and I'll add you.

If everyone else can check the spreadsheet to ensure your info is accurate that would be great.

Congrats to any new approvals and PPR's!

I'm checking our thread all the time so keep the updates coming.

I hope everyone has an awesome weekend! We're finally starting to see summer weather here in Toronto, we had it there for a while in march and then old man winter decided we wasn't finished yet. Enjoy the weekend and I'm looking forward to more updates next week!

The transaction was done May 4th. They returned the extra copy of the "Formulaire D'engagement" , there is a date stamp of May 2 on this form. Since they mail the CSQ using regular mail it could be possible that its been issued but you haven't received it. Are you in Canada or outside ?

eeeeeh good thanks for ur prompt reply :) so same date, it means they should finish our soon too ;) of course if we don't get anything today then i'll have the whole w/end to wait and make scenarios :-\ i thought the csq thing is a piece of cake but when u see others got it u start to wonder :-X
we r outside canada (maybe they need to do extra check for that) but the mailing address we put was in canada (montreal)....it's in the same city it shouldn't take that long, i'll ask my mom to follow the mailman :P anyway i know even if they check more we will get it eventually ;)
the copy u got back it's normal, one for u, one for them....it's like the contract between us and the gouv ;)
i'm also curious to know is the applicant speaking french and was the csq form filled in in french? for us i (the sponsor) filled in all my forms in french (as required) but the applicant had to fill in the form in english...maybe that could delay a little too....also do u plan to email the VO with a copy of the csq or u think MICC did that already?

good luck!! and thanks again :)

I totally know what you mean.. there were a few people who completely scared me about it.. :D

I filled the forms as they requested, sponsor forms(me) in French and my wife's form in English. It says on the cover letter that they have already sent the CSQ information to the Visa office. So I am not going to do that again. I dont think we should repeat it again.

Hopefully you get something soon. All the best.

Cheers :)

I received this email yesterday. (YAY!)

"Good Morning,

The results of the NZ Police certificate are now on file with our office. The Visa Officer must make a criminality decision (routine) and then the application should be ready to finalise. Providing there are no concerns in regards to criminality the application should be approved.

We will be in contact in the next 5-10 business days regarding the final stages of processing for your application.

Regards
Immigration Section / Section de l'Immigration"
