You can apply but it's too late for Jan 2020 intake I think given that there will be only 4 months left after your IELTS. You have to apply atleast 8-9 months in advance..You can try if you want, if not, be prepared for May 2020 intake
Btw..for which college and program are you trying? I am going to Langara College, Vancouver, BC for Jan 2020 PDD Accounting

I have applied in three courses
1. Computer system technician software engineering

Got 7.5 overall in IELTS (L-8.5; R-6.5; W & S-7).
Have opted for Business Analytics @ Seneca and Operations Management at Fanshawe..
Any idea of converting it into LOA soon? How long I have to wait??

Hi..Your IELTS is more than minimum requirement. But getting LoA depends upon two factors- 1.Your eligibility for the prgm (Academics, Ielts, backlogs specific needs for the prgm etc.) 2. Seat availability. Even if you pass factor (1), if there is no factor (2) it will be a disappointment..
Your waiting duration depends onnthe college. Some give offer letter in 7-10 days and some take a month or two. I got offer letter in 20 days and paid fee and got LoA in 3 days
I apply on june 26th, and receive an offer letter on july 5th. Same program in Seneca.

Thanks for your inputs. btw, I do not have any Backlogs.
Academics from 10th & 12th >90% while B.E & MBA have got above 8 CGPA.
Work Exp-2.5 years till date. Completely relevant to the courses applied as mentioned.

But since 6 days, my application status shows : "Application has been received". Will it takes time for them to proceed? Did you face same situation?
