Can some one list down the universities name who are accepting the apilcations for MS in computer science for Jan-2013 intake through IELTS and not GRE.

No, Canadian university require GRE. Almost all require IELTS/TOEFL as a proof of English proficiency. The following website has the ranking of canadian universities. Visit their site and you will find your desired course.

But most of them are not accepting the Applications so need help which can provide the list as few of them have done some home work.
If i start finding out the same i might loose some other opportunity where i still can apply.

University of Regina (Both Route Research, Project) (Requirement: 70% (3.0 CGPA), IELTS 6.5)

University of Memorial (Route Research) (Requirement: 75% (3.4 CGPA), IELTS 6.5)

University of Windsor ( Route Research) (Requirement: 65% (2.8 CGPA), IELTS 6.5)

University of Carlton (Both Route Research, Project) (Requirement: 65% (2.8 CGPA), IELTS 6.5)

University of Toronto(Both Route Research, Project) (Requirement: 75% (3.4 CGPA), IELTS 7.0, GRE)
