ok so from what I have been told by a lawyer/family friend, immigration themselves as well as my personal experience I would sugguest you send them in the same time you send in your application to sponsor .. In my case my medical was due to expire and Kingstkn Jamaica gave my husband a additional year extension on the medical , if these are summited at the same time as the initial application it will speed up the process ... Some people send them in once sponsor is approved but I wouldn't sugguest you do this reason being is 1. Applications are placed in a different pile then all other incoming mail they received which means it's likely if you sent it in at a different time it will not be seen initially when Kingston opens your PR application and there could be a possibility tbey don't receive the PC and medical you send after and you end up having your whole application returned to you ,this same scenario happened to a friend of mine and it took them a lot longer . Mine were sent up front Kingston began processing Feb 20 and 6 months later my husband received his PPR now we're just waiting for Kingston to return it .. Also I would strongly sugguest you pay the RIght to permanent resident fee up front if it's financially feasible for you because this also goes speed up the process a little because your not waiting for them to request it which again can add 2-3 months to the process . Everytime Kingston sends you a request for something and you send it in it doesn't get looked at right away , it gets placed at the bottom of the pile to again wait in another processing query for a review of the new information ... Brace yourself it's a long journey but remember good things come to those who wait !! Good luck
