I would just like to ask on behalf of my sister who is currently working in the US for J1 internship.
She just started her internship last month and got an employer with a positive LMO for NOC C&D pilot project in Alberta as temporary worker.
Does she have a chance of getting an approved work permit visa to be able to start next year, Will the US 2 yr home rule affect her application? Still,She is planning to continue studying for her bachelors in our home country once the contract ends.
Please give us advise on how can she defend her situation and let us know if you have past exp. as J1 visa holder and applied for Canada work
permit.
