its urgent plz help

seniors plz advice


i sent my documents to chc newdelhi on 24 february,2010.i have claimed 5 points for adaptabilty(my maternal aunt(mothers sister).

i have attached the following documents for this

1. my passport showing my fathers and mothers name
2. my mothers 10th certificate and pan card showing her father name

my canadian relative documents
1.her passport,birth certificate showing father name(same to my mother) and mother name
2.pr card
3.landing papers
4.tax return
5.job slip and utility bill


my question is this enough as i have not attached my and mothers birth certificate which i donot have and also my aunts marriage certificate

will this effect my application

It should work out fine. 10th certificates seems to be acceptable in ND in lieu of the birth certificate. You could've provided a family tree depicting how you are related to your aunt just to give a clear picture for the immigration officer.
