Langara College in Vancouver also has a good ESL program. They offer many diploma, certificate and even degree programs and many use it as a stepping stone for later transfer to UBC or Simon Fraser.

my academic great is 46% so they can give me package of program like esl + undergraduate prgram guys help me for issuing my offer letter

U may not get a visa with such a poor percentage and with no language proficiency at all. Visa officers go through applications as part of their job. I'm not sure with such a profile even if a college is willing to offer u an offer letter

Northern Lights college has a good English as a second language course in its Fort St John Campus i guess . I met a guy from china who is in Dawson creek campus now. He went for a ESL course first and he told me there were students from all around the world - China , India , Europe etc.

thompson rivers university also has esl program...

yaar bos mera ielts 5.5 hai

Are you trying to get admission at Canadian University with IELTS band score 5.5? I would suggest you to improve your IELTS band score that may help you to get a visa.

You should spend money where there is a outcome. Otherwise, you should not waste money.

univ of alberta , univ f british columbia etc . Go in univ of alberta , it is a very good univ and the fees is also less compared to other univ due to low tax in alberta
