Hi all, thanks in advance for your help, I will try to be as concise as possible with my question:

- I pursued a Masters degree in Canada and got a PGWP afterwards
- With that PGWP in hand I received a job offer last year and got the ITA under the CEC program
- The contract I signed with my current employer states: " ... will continue for an indeterminate period until terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein... "
- The Job is Not LMIA exempt, which, from a practical standpoint means: The company doesnt need to fill out any forms
- I didn't claim points for Arranged Employment as this job is not LMIA exempt

My question: In the IRCC application website I am being asked an Offer of Employment, can I submit the contract I signed (which is also signed by the employer)?

Thanks,
Ragnar

The employment letter must mention the NOC code associated with your job title, duties and responsibilities. It also needs to have information like you starting date, rate of pay etc.
