ITA submission document checklist

Hi All,

I am about to submit my ITA and have collected my documents. Can you review my document checklist and confirm if everything is good and I am not missing any document. If you are also going to submit this thread can be helpful in ensuring you have all documents. Just to brief you I am working on intra company transfer since the past 1.5 years.

The DOcument checklist is as follows, please review and provide your feedback

1-PassportsTravel-Documents
i. Passport Scanned first-page last page and visa stamped page
2-Marriage-LicenseCertificate
i. Marriage Certificate issued by my country's government
3-Proof-of-upfront-medical-exam
i. eMedical Information Sheet
4-Education-(diplomas degrees)
i. WES Credentialing Documents
ii. Degree
iii. Marksheet
iv. IELTS scorecard
5-Police certificate-
i. PCC issued by my country's governemnt
6-Canada Employment Records-Lead Technical Engineer (from Feb 2019 - present)
i. Employment reference letter with
a. start and end date
b. salary
c. my title
d. on COmpany's letterhead
ii. Initial job assignment letter
iii. Roles and responsibilities letter
a. signed by my supervisor
b. This document is very detailed and was provided by an immigration firm, hence it has both an immigration firm and my company's name in header
iv Company organization structure
a. This is to prove that my roles and responsibilities letter was indeed signed by my supervisor
v. Employment support letter, which my company submitted during my work permit extension in January 2020
a. Attaching this to further prove my roles and responsibilities
vi. Pay stubs of lat 1 .5 years
vii, Tax slip of
7-Oustide Canada Employment Records -
i. Almost all docs as above, roles and responsibilities is same as this is the same organization
8-Oustide Canada Employment Records - Associate Consultant
9-Oustide Canada Employment Records - Programmer
10-Proof of Means of Financial Support
i. Letter from my Canada Bank Account stating all my checking, savings and credit card balance
ii. Bank statement of my checking account (Bank doesn't provide saving account statement)
11-Digital photo
12-Client Information
i. LOE explaining my intentions of settling out of Quebec

Any feedback will be highly appreciated and I think will be helpful for future candidates

This is not necessary. Each application is different and your checklist would also be different based on what you've claimed points for.

That is why IRCC creates a personalized checklist for every single applicant based on what you need to provide proof of.

I noted the following thigs missing though:

• You need to scan every single page form your passport and your spouse's where there is a stamp or visa + bio page. (not just first, last and visa)
• Since you are married: it would depend if you're bringing your spouse or not but if so you would be missing all their documentation (PCC, upfrint medical, education, language test, etc)
• If you live in Quebec just a letter might not be enough to convince them you will not stay there. You should be looking into either moving, or having a lease signed, or a job lined up.

• Since you are married: it would depend if you're bringing your spouse or not but if so you would be missing all their documentation (PCC, upfrint medical, education, language test, etc)
• Yes I have added all document of my wife in some order , including PCC and medical
• If you live in Quebec just a letter might not be enough to convince them you will not stay there. You should be looking into either moving, or having a lease signed, or a job lined up.
• Actually I am on intra company transfer and my employer is in Toronto, moreover my assignment here in Canada finishes on 31 December 2020 so as per my current plan I will be moving out of Canada and that's what I mentioned in my LOE as well. If PR is granted I will surely settle in TOronto and take a permanent transfer to Toronto Office
