ITA recieved March 26th, need assistance on next steps

I received my ITA on March 26th.

I have filled the online application not submitted, I do not see an option to upload any documents.

Should I submit my e-APR to receive an option to upload all the documents?

I wont be able to do soft landing till Feb 2019 cause my H1 will be under re-newel. I am planning to submit it by June 8th. I have read in forums, that this will buy me time till June 2019 to do soft landing based on my medical test that is scheduled on June 2nd 2018.

is this a good idea?

I have applied for PCC from Indian consulate and FBI.
I have scheduled medical test for my family members in May from India, though they are not traveling with me.
I have my educational and work documents with me.

I will have all the documents by June 8th! so should I submit the online application then or early?

Any assistance will be appreciated

You should be able to see document upload option once all the forms are completely filled.

Even we received ITA on 26th March and planning to get medicals done in June and submit the application, because we also want to delay the landing date. So nothing wrong with your planning.

You can submit the application anytime before June 26th
