ITA received - EE app submitted - Question after submission

Hi guys,

hope you are well. I have submitted my EE-CEC application with all the documents required. Just had one question, i uploaded all my passport copies with travel stamps and visa ( iv had multiple passports ) but i did not include a copy of my work permits or study permits. I have been working in a bank for the past 2 years and i did my university in Canada.

Just wondering if that can cause an issue as I have provided an employment letter which proves i have been working for 2 years, provided T4s and notice of assesments from CRA and also provided my Unique Client Identifier in the form. I wouldnt have been able to stay in canada if i didnt have a valid work permit and also wouldnt have been employed right now.All other documents were provided as requested.

Has anyone has been rejected because they didnt include work permit copy in their passport/travel document upload?

This is the second time i am posting since my thread was lost in the bottom. Please do let me know if anyone has any info on this. Thank you so much!

Hello,

It's not a big issue that you didn't send your work permit but it would have been better. I've never heard of people rejected because they didn't provide their work permit (as long as they provide other documents, like you did).

But if you feel worried about this and if you want to sleep better, you can send a CSE and add the copy of your work permit. The documents will be added to your application.

Hi there,

What would it be a CSE? Can I add any document through this "process"? I would like to update one of my reference letter but I don't know if I can. Thanks!
