I am a civil engineer had 2.5 years of experience when I got my TR (489 subclass) of Australia and I left India last year in the month of December'2017.
I put Canada Express entry file as well.
I was working as a civil work contractor when I was in India. Since last 8 months, I am in Australia and doing casual work / labour work. My contract is still running in India. Remotely I am operating my business sitting down in Australia. Last month I updated my work experience in my express entry profile considering my experience in India (last 6 months) will be valid. Actually, I am in Australia. I got Invitation and had accepted invitation as well. Will it create a problem for me OR will they consider my last six months of experience (actually I was involved in that business indirectly).
I hv received payment as well under my name during these last six months even though I m in Australia. I hv filled IT Return as well. Will it effect my Visa Grant?

What visa grant? What is your question exactly?
 
I HV accepted invitation and submit my application. I am In Australia and shown that I am working as a civil contractor in India. Receiving payment , filled ITR as well in India.

And what's your question? Is it about your work experience? Whether it's valid or not?
 
Practically wrong experienced claimed.
I am not in India and claimed experience for indirect involvement for business (civil work contractor). Will it work?

This is tough one to answer and may be some one with some more legal background can give you a better answer. Here is my opinion. When you say you were a civil contractor, I'm guessing you were self employed? So when you will fill the express entry profile, in the form you need to provide your personal history and address history for last 10 years. So clearly you will have to tell them you were in Australia for past 8 months. Now if within those 8 months you are claiming that you were working in India for 6 months, what do you think will happen? My guess is that they will definitely would want to know how can you have work experience in India when you were based in Australia. Now I don't know how much of this "indirect work experience" logic will be acceptable by IRCC. This is something I can not answer. But at a minimum you will have to write a good explanation in the letter of explanation.
