Guys, Need urgent help. Quick question.

Can I use my 1st valid celpip score which has higher score than my 2nd.
My score is 434 based on my 1st celpip score. Current CIC draw score today is 434. However, the 2nd test result which I got today makes my score 14 low.

IN ITA- It is written as below:
WARNING: If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused and your application fee
will not be returned.
Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:
• You no longer have a valid job offer
• You no longer have a provincial nomination
•Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.

I am worried about if I apply with old 1st score, on verification with celpip, cic might come across my new score. Does this cause me a rejection.

531. I made a small change to my profile this morning though. Doesn't change my score, but I don't know if this affects my chance of getting the ITA in this draw? Any thought?

You can use it as long as it hasn't expired.

Thank You Delpiero. I wish CIC has used AND instead of OR for the line:

Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.

Hi,

I have crs 438, waiting ITA like everyone. My concern is, I will lose 5 points due to age at 28th March at my birthday and drop 433, below todays draw score 434.

Shall I decline ita and wait for score to drop below 433 on next draws?

Br, Okan

No. Birthdays are an exception to refusal for dropping an applicant's CRS score below the cutoff score.

Your application won't be rejected.

Hello guys, sorry but I'm a bit out of the know for this stuff and while researching came across this thread. My CRS score is 437 and I just say the cut off today. Does this assure me an ITa or is there still some element of randomness? How long might it take? And what are the steps I should take if I do?

Apologies if this is a big ask, I'll still be looking for answers promise! :p

no , you dont need to decline it . As much i have read , once you receive ITA your profile is freezed . So even if your age point reduces post receiving ITA , that does not mean your point decreases. Your crs points are freezed since the day you receive the ITA

Thanks for clarification Delpiero. I searched a lot at CIC for such info.

Another drop I may have is at around June. I am getting points for Skill Transferability by help of my previous work experience at Canada. I guess that is taking acount last 10 years, and it will pass that period by June. If I can complete application before that will any further change in my CRS will affect my application status

Thanks in advance
