I am legally separated and IRCC did not ask for supporting documents from my spouse. They only want mine. They are not coming with me. No medical examination or police certificate was asked from them on the list.
Do I still need to provide them if not asked for it? Will my application be denied if I do not? They are flat out refusing to. And our divorce is complicated and will take at least a year to go through.
