Hi,
I've recently received my ITA and I am in the middle of doing my PR application.
Upon receiving one of my employment letters I noticed the dates did not match up with what I had originally put on my ITA application.
Essentially it's my experience from home. -I said that I worked in this job for 12 months Dec 2015-Dec 2016, when I actually only worked there from Dec 2015- Oct 2016.
On this ITA application I said that I'd 1 year of foreign work experience - which is still true as I'd another 8 months experience under the same NOC in another company, my problem is the dates for this one particular job are off by 2 months.
Does anyone know if my application will be denied due to date discrepancies.
I was able to change the dates of my work history on my actually PR application so it now matches my reference letter and I still technically have 1 years cumulative foreign work experience taking into consideration both jobs.
I don't want to decline my invite and start again- has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
Do they compare the ITA application to the actual application or do they just check you meet the criteria?
Thanks
