I completed MCA and 4+ years experience as a System Administrator, I also completed IT Certifications CCNA, MCTS(win7,Sql2008Dba,server 2008), STS(symantec)

While you will unfortunately hear you need "Canadian experience" quite a lot. There are some silver linings.

This friend landed a job without Canadian experience in the IT field in his words "2 months and 20 days" after landing in Canada. Some of it will be luck, LOTS of determination (which I know all new immigrants have) and EXCELLENT English written and oral communication skills are a must.
