Current policy is totally unrealistic bcoz all factors contradicting. You can not score maximum points for more than 1 factor. e.g. If you go for maximum points for Age you can not get highest work Experience Points.

How do you say this? Someone would graduate from master degree between 22-24 and with 3 years experience they would be in 25-27 range. With clb9, they are looking at 480+ even with no Canadian connection (education or experience)

Its theoretically possible but seems unrealistic specially in NOCs relating to Management sciences and social sciences. Because entry level of such professions do not fullfill requirement of skill type A,B,O. yes in some professions it could possible e.g Doctors.

Dear friends today i was calculating CRS points and found that it is unrealistic system/policy because without having any Provincial Nomination no one can get ITA.

My friend,
With the recent decrease in ITA you can hope to get in coming months. If you have tried your best in your IELTS and don't want to give it again, the best you can do is wait. Everyone has struggled in the race to get PR and one should learn to be patient. Idealizing provincial nominees is good but you should also look at the struggle that we went through. We have waited for over 290 days to get one and others over a year.

Oh dear you are taking it on wrong side. Its not the excuse I scored 8.5 L 8 R 6.5 W and 7 S. Having Masters Degree for me and for my spouse, Working at Managerial level since 7 years, in the age 33. Do you really think all these are achievements are useless for Canda?

Next draw you are invited

Recent CRS cut off is very doable. What's key is your Wok Exp, IELTS and Education. Aside from the scores they give for each factor, CRS also computes for additional points attributed to the mix of Language Proficiency, Work Exp and Education.

A very high IELTS score, top with at least 2 or more post secondary education, and 3+ work experience will net you a competitive CRS.
Having a Canadian work or study experience also boosts CRS

I thought you have 464 points?

Please consider revaluation for speaking . If you get 7 in that, your score will increase by 50 points and would move to 443. I believe that's the best you could go for your age. Spouse Ielts improvement (clb9) could help you go close to 450, but considering the existing scores, it might be bit tough in short time.

Even having masters degrees for main applicant and spouse and 9 band in each module of IELTS one get maximum of 464 points. and previous rounds show ITA between 470-490

Wrong. The max you can get is 481 (484 for spouse with masters) with masters degree and 3+ years of foreign work experience. That is the score I got and now I have a CoPR.

L 8, R 7.5, R 6.5, S 7

Please convert it into CLB and how many CRS points i will get for language?

Then you've done something wrong. What is your age?

I didn't check, but I doubt if it'd be 464 for you. Without clb9, it's not possible to reach that score for your age. Clb 9 is 8777 in LRWS and you need to meet that in all sections together.
