Dear friends today i was calculating CRS points and found that it is unrealistic system/policy because without having any Provincial Nomination no one can get ITA.

max out IELTS, Master degree, canadian work helps

It's the Job offer that matter a lot less under new rule

Agreed. Unless someone has Master degree, the prospects are bit less for direct ITA for FSW category even with good IELTS score and less age.

Even having masters degrees for main applicant and spouse and 9 band in each module of IELTS one get maximum of 464 points. and previous rounds show ITA between 470-490

The most recent one was 459...

But demanding 100% marks in any exam whether it is language proficiency or any academic degree is totally unjustified.

What about previous rounds on many months? you are ignoring long series and considering just 1

Even 459 could be achieved by scoring 9/9 band in IELTS is it possible for you?

My score was 527 when I received an ITA, so you tell me.

Brother i already read your CRS score in your signatures. But It could only be possible by having Provincial Nomination / Job Offer (Under previous policy) / Canadian work experience or with Canadian Education.

And I still had CLB 9 in all IETLS sections, and I still studied French from scratch to take the TEF.

You're making a bunch of excuses, if you're not willing to put the hard work then I can't feel sorry for you. Complaining about the IETLS won't get you anywhere.

Current policy is totally unrealistic bcoz all factors contradicting. You can not score maximum points for more than 1 factor. e.g. If you go for maximum points for Age you can not get highest work Experience Points.

But people have done it - so obviously it must be possible.

OP, this is a comprehensive ranking system. So it cannot be complained. The person with better language scores is definitely better deserved to get ita than one with less. 465+ is a very good score in my opinion. Last year there were many different factors that kept scores too high. You can check 2015 cut offs which swung between 450-480 and wasn't 475+ always.

Oh dear you are taking it on wrong side. Its not the excuse I scored 8.5 L 8 R 6.5 W and 7 S. Having Masters Degree for me and for my spouse, Working at Managerial level since 7 years, in the age 33. Do you really think all these are achievements are useless for Canda?
