Kindly advise on my IT Management experience of
a leading investment bank
Mar 2001-2005 Supervisor IT
2005-June 2009 Assistant Manager IT
Jul 2009-Dec 2009 Deputy Manager IT

a leading university
Feb 2010 - May 2010 (upto date) Manager IT

Job Duties:- All duties were supervisory and management in nature
like
1-hiring, training , rewarding , performance appraisal of subordinates
2- Budget allocation
3- New system designs and technologies implementation
4-Incharge IT Department
etc.

Please suggest me that if I qualify for one year experience of IT Manager. Although I have almost 9 years experience of IT Management. But desigation of IT Manager is with me for three months only on current job.

Designation doesn't matter as far as your JD as per 0213 code which you're lying. i also applied with the same NOC 0213.

Just mentioned your JD as per 0213 Noc code which is published on CIC website you will through
