It is unfair to cut off points and keep the same for pnp

I think it is really unfair specially because Canada needs a lot of trade skilled worker, welder, carpenter, construction workers, but those people are not very qualified and they do not have usually a high language skills. LMIA was the only way to get people in that highly demand occupations.
There are thousand jobs available on the JOB bank website for trade skilled persons, but there is only few jobs for NOC 00-senior manager..
The new system is against what the market really needs.
Workers usually come with family, they pay tax immediately, EI, pension, they spend a huge amount to live in Canada. They are part of the Canadian economy from the first day.While fresh graduated students probably can not work immediately, they can not pay tax, their living cost is so much lower, than working families.
Probably the government counts on their tuition fees.
