Issues with paying fees

Dear all,
I have been trying to pay my visa fee and RPRF for few days now. I have tried credit cards and international debit cards (VISA and MasterCard) issued by Indian banks so far, but all of them got declined. I do not know why this is happening. I tried contacting the bank and they are clueless too. Anyone else faced similar issues? What are my alternate options?

International debit cards don't work, only ones issued from Canadian banks with INTERAC Online do.

Your credit card must be an international one. Are you sure that it is among those listed?

If your bank is clueless, they probably can't support it at all--find a new bank or get a prepaid card.

Thanks! I will try with a prepaid card, hopefully that will work.
I used the same card to pay for my friends and it worked at that time, no idea what happened this time.

Then it's definitely a bank-related issue, or you may be typing something wrong. Call the bank again and get someone who knows their s*** this time.

It was a bank-related issue and they corrected it finally. Payment approved
