Issues with IMM5562E

My friend submitted his application but got a message today from CIC requesting he complete a supplemental form for his travel history.

The main problem is the link they give you for the form won't open it keeps asking to update his adobe and hes tried it on four different computers and it won't work still. Mind you he submitted his travel history with his application.

Did anyone have this problem and if so how did they get around it.

Since this is an e-fill form, you'll need to download it first and then fill it using Adobe Reader.

Yes but when we download the form it keeps telling us to update adobe and when we do it still doesn't work

Make Adobe Reader as your default PDF reader. Also disable the built-in pdf reader on your browser.

If you are using Chrome 57 and above:
1) go to chrome://settings/content/pdfdocuments
2) Enable 'Open PDFs using different application'

For IE 8 and above:
1) Go to Tools > Manage Add-ons
2) Select Toolbars and Extensions
3) Under 'Show', select 'All add-ons' then wait for the list to retrieve
4) Find Adobe PDF Reader. It must be Disabled.
Enable - open PDF in the browser
Disable - may download the file or opens with the default PDF reader/viewer application
