Issue's while entering Canada with a Valid permit

Good day folks,

My girl friend has a valid tourist permit till next year. I am going to my home country to get married and bring her along with me for a visit.

I am a Permanent Resident. Will there be any issues bringing her through the border?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

There is no such thing as "tourist permit"... please verify the name of the document she has so we can help you better.

It is called a Temporary Resident Visa.

No problems, but she might be given the "please don't overstay illegally" when she arrives to Canada.

It would be wise to carry with her any proof that shows she is planning to leave at the end of her planned stay.
