Issues related to booking tickets via Vande Bharat mission (Air India)

I am having valid COPR(Confirmation of Permanent resident) (expiry date: 19th July,2020)
As per Canada immigration guidelines, I am exempt from travel restrictions as our PR application was approved before 18th March .
As per my research, many people having COPR have managed to get tickets through Air India and smoothly landed in Canada. I wanted to check if there are :
1. Any tips on booking as it showed sold out within minutes on the website
2. Is there a phase 5 planned ?!?
3. Are there other members who are facing the same issue? Any suggestions ?

Have you in mean time raised a web form indicating to IRCC you may have issues travelling ?

Also maybe keep watch for other airlines that are starting up again, maybe with a transit given usually that is not as issue if able to remain airside for the connection.
