Issues in Parents SuperVisa application

My father and mother are applying for their SuperVisa.

However, he noticed some inconsistencies in the application.
While answering the questionnaire, the question Do you wish to apply for a supervisa was asked only for the mother and not for him.
So, he is confused about whether he will get the super visa or not.

Moreover, there is no column to upload medical insurance.
And also, in the fee part, there is only 1 member being charged for a biometric fee.

Can someone share any insights so as to what modifications to be made in the questions?

The biometric fee is for a family (i.e., at least 2 family members) and accounts for both of them. As for the screen shots, I have no idea whose application it is or what the point of them is . . . only one person was asked if they were applying for a supervisa? What was the other person asked about what they were applying for?

change that questionnaire in which it asked to "How are you related to your family ? select child or grandchild there

I have 2 more question.

1) For the question, For how long are you planning to visit, should I choose Travel-less than 6 months, or Travel more than six months?
2) And in the form IMM5257e, it asks what type of visa and in there, there is no option to select SuperVisa. It only says Visitor Visa and Transit. Is this normal?

1. I select more than 6 months . actually it doesn’t matter that’s just a questionnaire
2. Select visitor visa is normal
