Issue with FBI PCC ?

Hello everyone

I have ran into a bit of a rough situation with FBI PCC

I sent in my application for FBI Identity Summary request on June 16, 2015 and it was delivered to FBI office on June 22, 2015. My Credit card was charged on Sep 1, 2015.

Since, August 9, 2015 the application has been under processing. I have called FBI and they don't know as to why it is taking so long. No information about whether fingerprint have been accepted or not .

Has anyone faced a similar situation ? What steps can I take ? I have already mailed FBI customer service and called them.

I sent mine on June 18th and got the mailed result yesterday Sep 15. I had called 2 weeks ago and they had no info. I called them again last week and then they told me it was done and mailed. Try calling them again.

Yes i have a similar issue , however In my case the delay is much more inordinate.

I am planning to request for a 60 day extension for my case.

FBI PCC will be processed in 12 weeks (3 months), that's what the website says however I received mine after 4 month.
