Issue with dmc and process may i apply or not

Sir I am student of bcom and in previous year due to covid i am promoted for 2 sem and on my second sem dmc the following lines are written the result published here is for immediate information for examines and public through everycare is taken in publishing the result however the gndu will not be responsible for any omission when result being published .so sir will it create hurdle in my process may I apply and get student visa or not
