Issue with a missing degree

I made a huge blunder and would like to know if I should drop my ita.

I have a bachelors degree + 2 masters degree. I sent documents to Wes only for 1 bachelors + 1 masters since the other university was not recognized.

I forgot to include the other university details in my EE application and now got an ita also.

Should I include the missing degree details in personal history or should I drop the entire ita.
