Issue about employment record

hey Guys

I need to renew my visa. I already got my work permit. but my visa will expiry soon. When I apply my visa through CIC websit. they ask me to provide a document named Employment record.

I don't have that. but without that document I can't submit my application.

Does you guys have any idea about that?

What visa are you applying for? Are you trying to extend your work permit? The document you're looking for is called record of employment I believe. Its only issued to employees from their employer after they quit or fired from their position. So you can ask your employer to give yours or go to service Canada and ask if they can help you with that.
