Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all
I'm applying under Federal Skilled Worker and I have a cousin, who is the daughter of my uncle, living in Canada. She is a citizen. Also, she lives with her mom, which legally was the wife of my uncle until 10 years. They got divorced and she and her daughter(my cousin) immigrated to Canada long time ago. Can I count them in to add to my points?
Thanks
Marco

No.

These are the only valid relations that you can declare in your forms:
- Brother/Sister
- Daughter/Son
- Mother/Father
- Niece/Nephew
- Grandmother/Grandfather
- Granddaughter/Grandson
- Aunt/Uncle
- Spouse or Common-Law Partner

:)

Thank you!
So I assume aunt has to be the daughter of my parent's parents? Would ex wife of my uncle work?
I appreicate your response:)

I don't think so.

To prove that she is your aunt, you would need to prove the relationship with documents such as birth certificates, marriage contracts, etc. If they are already divorced, that means you're not related anymore, right?
