Is work experience calculated only after you complete your last degree ?

Hi Guys/gals,

I have completed my Masters on June 2014. I had backlogs due to which I had to complete my degree one year late in 2014 instead of 2013. Additionally in all I had 14 backlogs(will it matter since I earn quite good and already employed with a U.S based company )

I started job with a MNC company from 4 March 2013 it was a full time employment. So will my experience be calculated from June 2014 or March 2013 ?

Please help. I am seriously confused.

Maybe OP did distance learning. Like me

I was working full time while doing my masters degree. In my case i'm claiming work experience from the time i started working after i completed my bachelors.
