Is WAQF board English marriage certificate acceptable?

I have seen approvals for Muslim applicants who provide nikah nama and other religious certificates... So you should be good...

Best case is, get a marriage certificate registered in your country, which nobody can question at IRCC.. Its just my opinion...

I do have a marriage certificate from the govt. But it has the date of registration not the date on which the traditional marriage took place. So I was looking for an alternative if wakf board was acceptable.

If you have a marriage certificate, I would prefer to use that.

Yes it is perfectly fine. We did it and are now in Canada as PRs.waqf board is totally acceptable as long as it is in English
