is visitor visa valid travelling from other than issuing country

Hi, I am from Bangladesh and presently in USA with F1 status. My wife lives in Canada, a PR. I have multiple entry visa issuing from LA visa office. My F1 status will be finishing in august.

I have two questions.
1. If i want to enter Canada just before the ending date of my Status in USA, is there any possibility that immigration will not permit me?
2. If i went to my country and then travel to Canada, is there any issue with that visitor visa that i got from USA.

It will be great helpful if any one can say sth about either issue.
