Is visitor visa required If I already have US visitor visa?

Hi, I am a Canadian citizen and live in Canada. My sister and her husband have come to USA with the US visitor visa and they are planning to visit me in Canada for a week.

Do they have to get a visitor visa to enter Canada? if yes, could you please provide the details.

They will need a visa to enter Canada whether they have a US visa or not. Please ask them to inquire at the nearest Canadian embassy in US for further clarifications

It depends on the country although it's safe to assume that if they need visa for US then its probably for Canada as well

On a side note: There is a misconception that a US visa guarantees a Canadian one! I have seen folks with US and http://www.euro-dollar-currency.com/schengen_visa.htm and still got refused
