IS VISA depend upon the location???

I am really confused...college students usually preferred to go to Toronto or Vancouver rather than Saskatchewan..is VO really care about the location..I am tensed that students from Saskatchewan are very less..will VO grant me visa or not?

The is no inequity in giving visa in the regards of province. The reason behind large number of students in Toronto and vancouver is variety of colleges and programs and part time job opportunities . Saskatchewan is good option to study in the terms of cost of living.

No. I do not think location can be a disadvantage. What will matter is the reputation of the college or the university and the reputation of the course. A undergraduate degree from small place like university of Regina is more likely to be approved than any course from xyz college in toronto.

Thanks for your prompt response...but I am not going to Regina I had applied in SIAST college saskatoon
