Is UCI the same after being rejected before?

Hi

I was wondering if the UCI stays same after being rejected.
I've been rejected before in 2019/03/06 for a visitor visa with my family.
I am currently applying for a visitor visa for myself and there are some unimportant boxes that ask the UCI No. in the application forms. I'd like to know if they are the same as the ones in my rejecting form.

If you are applying again , you will need to fill your UCI number on two places in top left of your application form and where it asked if you have been refused visa before tick yes and on the open space write your UCI nbr
