Is UCI number mandatory when re-applying with spouse as Primary

Hi,
I had created an EE profile earlier keeping my Spouse as dependent and me (primary) on April 13, but now i would like to create another EE profile due to better scores keeping my Spouse as Primary applicant and me (dependent).

1. Do i have to select "yes or no" for the ques "has (name) applied for IRCC before?
2. If yes, Do i have to select "yes or no" for the ques "has (name) applied for EE before?
3. If yes, Do I have to mention the UCI number that was received in the old profile on the new one?
4. Once i mention just the UCI number, there is an error stating " Problematic Field" ....Why?

second ques : Can i have both the profiles in EE pool with the above conditions?

You can have two profiles in EE pool. Both are different. In one your wife is primary and in other you are the primary candidate. So no issues.
