Is Transcript and Diploma enough English Language Proof for citizenship

I took my degree in the Philippines and the medium for teaching is English. My Transcript of Records (Curriculum) and Diploma are all in English, however, it was not clearly mentioned that it english is the language used for teaching.

Will CIC accept the Transcipt of Records (Curriculum) and Diploma as a proof?

I have read some thread that says yes, but that was year 2012.
Also, I passed IELTS like 6years ago which i used to appy for Skilled worker here but I dont have a copy anymore, i even emailed IELTS and they said it is expires so they dont have copy anymore.

You can try and submit it but also be prepared to take the test. A colleague took the test because CIC wouldn't accept his degree from Oxford as proof of English knowledge.

CIC accepted my Master's degree from the UK as language proof. Now I am a citizen.

If you have a Secondary school certificate from India then you should be able to use it as a language proof.

Please advise if Higher Secondary Certificate of Pakistan (12 Grade) will be accepted as a proof of English language requirement for Citizenship application?

Only assessment no but If you have bachelors degree in English language you can submit as proof of English.

I have a degree plus a general certificate from my university in Pakistan that medium of instruction of this university is in English without mentioning my name. Its basically a generic certificate.

Would that be suffice?

Was the Transcript enough? Did you also submit the separate document from college to mention that Program was in English.
