Is three PCC reuired for PR. (Kuwait,USA,Canada and India)

Hello Friends, I worked in Kuwait about 4 years thn came to united states as International student. I lived around 2 years. Now I m in Canada since year.

Now I have to submit PCC’s from all countries or only from india.
