Hey guys, I paid my fees yesterday online, but unfortunately did not have access to a printer. However, I was emailed this receipt which I've printed out. Is this the one I'm to attach and send? Do I need to fill out the address, client date of birth, postal code etc? And if yes, is it the information of the person whose name is on the receipt?

Yup this is right, who ever paid by credit card has their name on it. The name can be diffrent than application thats fine. For dob and other info I entered my info, because I paid for it. I am not sure about this though some people wrote the applcant info in the reciept

The name on the receipt can be your name but the client id and date of birth and address has to be that of the applicant.
