After looking at all the info in the CIC website, please confirm where does it say that we need to send the application form first to CIO in Nova Scotia?

I looked at the material for Permanent Residency Application, and did not find anything stating this step.

Seniors and all applicants, please give what you experienced.

:) Here you go

1) All applicants in the Federal Skilled Worker Class, must submit their initial application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Canada as of April 1, 2009.

CIO is only in Nova Scotia for FSW applications

If your PR application is under the Federal Skilled Workers class (the purpose of this forum topic), then you should look again at the application information, because it is very clear - Rocky sent the link.

This extra step is ONLY for the Federal Skilled Workers application, tho, so if you are not applying through this program, this info does not pertain to you.

"When all else fails, read the instructions"

Yes for AEOs, No for PNP.
