Is this misrepresentation?

I am planning on applying for my citizenship next month and I am not sure how to go about this situation.
While applying for the renewal of my PR card I made an error in my Adress History Section. During a time period of 15 months I was studying and residing in 2 different cities but I allocated all that time to one city. In one city I studied and resided for 1 year and the other city I resided for only 3 months. The city that I allocated the time to was the city I only resided for 3 months. So I forgot to mention the school and the address that I spent 1 year at from the 15 months.

Now I want to mention that in my Canadian citizenship application form because I had no intentions of hiding it but I don't know if they will consider that as misrepresentation if they discover that the address history doesn't match with my pr card renewal application. What should I do? I am actually really scared.

Agreed, just fill out the Citizenship application fully and completely. When you eventually go to take your oath they will ask you to sign to say that you have not misrepresented anything in relation to this application. As long as that's true, all should be good.
