I guess I messed it up and now I am scarred it will be misinterpretation.
Three years ago I applied under IEC, before I was studying 2,5 years but I never finished it, because I changed 3 times the course and never really went to University, instead I was working to pay my bills. It was not my first Study, the first I finished with a degree.
What I did is, I did not state my unsuccesful try to study, because the form just asked for degrees, diploma etc. I thruthfully stated all my finished degrees. Instead, I put my Job of this time under the section work experience.
After that, I applied for an extension of my IEC and got refused, than I restored my status, all with the same information. I never mentioned this time of studying because I thought the question is not asking for unfinished studys, just for finished degrees etc.
Now, me and my common law partner (canadian citizen) we want to go for a residency, BUT under the section Education they want to know everything even all the times I studyed without finishing. This questions are way more specific than in all the other forms before. Honestly for me it feels clearly like misinterpretation.
Is it really a misinterpretation even, if this fact never will affect any decisson of an officer because it never was important, I never wanted to claim any points or something else.
Btw we will go for common- law sponsorhip.
If somebody has an answer, It would make me really happy, because in the moment I fell very desperate and sad.
