I paid my application fees online tonight and entered all of my information, such as date of birth, address, phone number and submitted my payment. The receipt reads those information fields as empty, even though I submitted that information. The receipt has all of the other information such as the barcode, my name, card number, fee, date of payment, receipt no., etc.

Is it an issue that the receipt doesn't show my address or phone? There's nothing I can really do to change it, except call CIC to let them know.
 
By the way, there is a section for the Client ID, which is empty (this is my first time paying fees/applying). At what point do we receive a Client ID#? What about UCI#?
 
The receipt is always like that. Fill in what you can. Client ID# is the same thing as the UCI. If you know it, put it in. If you don't, just leave it blank.
