Is there anyone who was able to pay through IQAS for ECA recently?

Hi,

Can anyone confirm, if anyone was able to pay for ECA through IQAS? If yes, can you please let me and others know the process for the same.

Also, if there is any other body who evaluates Post Graduate Diploma from SCDL other than IQAS or ICAS?
